Dave has just restored my faith in man kind. After numerous calls to other tradesmen and with no joy what so ever with regarding the job I needed doing. Hey presto, job done within a week of ringing him I needed some gutters clearing three storeys up,house on a busy road,on a bend near a zebra crossing. Awkward job to say the least. Dave took it all in his stride. Rang the police to make sure it would be ok to do it, they said get in touch with the highways. He organised them to deliver bollards and a road work sign. He hired a ladder, at a very reasonable price I may add. Everyone else I rang didn't seem to want to know,(too much like hard work I think) I will now be using Dave to do as many as my handyman jobs that come in from the letting business I run. Thank you Dave for your very prompt and efficient service.

Dave has maintained our rental property for the past 2 years, during this time he has done the gardens - cut grass, hedges, and weeding on a regular basis. As well as repairing household taps, lights and replacing broken items as needed. Between tenants he has cleaned carpets and repainted rooms. Dave has always been reliable, carried all work out to a high standard, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend his work and services.
